Today I want to talk about a trend I have noticed on social media. I am quite sure most of you have noticed it as well. It may feel a bit counter-intuitive because here I am, writing a blog about the Law and yet what I am about to tell you is that you do not need another to guide you.
You do not need my blog, you do not need YouTube coaches, you do not need anyone but yourself. I understand that many people read other people’s blogs in order to get a deeper understanding of the Law. I used to do the same. I loved reading posts on Reddit from different people, explaining the Law and I still read some of them, simply because these people’s view on the Law is the same as mine and they do not make me doubt my own way. However, reading too many explanations from too many people can be less helpful than you may think.
If you want to be a follower, choose one leader. Don’t choose all 39 inspirational people on Reddit. I am not saying this to scold you. I am saying this because I’ve made the same mistake. There are some real gems on Reddit but you do have to be careful nonetheless. You need to find your own way. Eventually, you will do that anyway because any person with a good understanding of the Law will tell you that it all comes down to you and that you will eventually find your own “way” of manifesting things.
It is more than likely that reading too many posts from too many different people will make you start wondering whether the technique you are using is the best, whether your interpretation of the Bible is correct, whether your interpretation of Neville’s words is correct! This is all very likely to happen to you in the beginning but do not despair. You may start by doing SATS, and suddenly you see somebody who swears by mental diet and mental diet only, no SATS whatsoever. That being said, it may be hard to understand that they are you pushed out as well. These people are there to show you your doubts so you can choose your own way once and for all.
What do I mean by “your way”? I don’t mean anything as drastic as finding a completely new technique. What I mean by that is choosing one technique, one way of manifesting that feels natural to you, and sticking with it. As long as it makes you believe, as long as it makes you feel the feelings of the wish fulfilled, your technique is right and you have no reason to doubt it. Whether you are doing SATS, going on a mental diet or running 10 laps around the football field, it doesn’t really matter. As long as it helps you to think from the end.
However, one wonderful thing that all these inspirational people agree on is this:
“Consciousness is the resurrecting power – resurrecting that which man is conscious of being. Man is ever outpicturing that which he is conscious of being.”At Your Command by Neville Goddard
So, you see, it doesn’t matter whether somebody disagrees with your way. It doesn’t matter if they say that mental diet alone doesn’t work. It doesn’t matter if somebody claims that SATS don’t work. None of it truly matters. What matters is what you believe. You are the God of your own universe. YOU make up the rules. YOU decide what works in your world and what doesn’t.
But, let’s not forget: everyone is you pushed out. If you are allowing such people into your reality, there must be something alive in you that is bringing this to pass. If you are still looking at the world as a bunch of individuals living on the same planet, then I will say this: I cannot speak for every individual but I can give you an idea of what this thing living in your awareness may be. But, if you have already started seeing the world as being merely yourself pushed out like I have, I will say this: the thing that made this come to pass is the fact that you have a belief that there is something outside of you that knows better than you. This is why you are seeing these contradicting inspirational posts.
And while there is nothing wrong with exploring different ways of manifesting, I do invite you to test yourself and your intentions while you are searching for another inspirational post, another success story, another technique:
Are you doing it because you need reassurance? Are you doing it because you think there is something outside of you that knows better than You?
If your answer to either one of these questions is yes, you need to go back to the beginning. Go back to the first principle:
“Be still and know that I am God.”Psalm 46:10
Learn to be the master of your own reality. Think about the Law on a deeper level and you will find the Truth. You may see it through other people’s stories but you won’t find it until you do it for yourself. Everybody is you pushed out.
